ELASTUFF 310 was especially developed for providing a durable, waterproof membrane over primed metal, concrete, wood, fiberglass, geotextile fabric and foam substrates (EPS, isocyanurate or polyurethane). It provides a high degree of corrosion protection, as well as chemical, abrasion and impact resistance over vertical and horizontal substrates. ELASTUFF 310 is primarily used in below-grade or non-UV exposure applications. In areas where color stability is of primary importance, ELASTUFF 310 should be topcoated with an approved aliphatic, UV stable finish, such as Elastuff 102, Elastuff 200 or Elastuff 220.

ELASTUFF 310 can be used wherever a resilient, abrasion resistant membrane is required, and is ideally suited for bridge deck encapsulation. It is able to withstand the application of the hot asphalt driving surface, providing protection for the concrete substructure below. It can also be used for below grade waterproofing of foundation walls, inter-slab membraning, secondary containment, truck beads, planter boxes, waste/water treatment, cooling towers, geotextile fabric systems, manhole & sewer lining, EPS or ISO foam stock, and many other waterproofing applications.

ELASTUFF 300 was especially developed for providing waterproofing, corrosion protection, chemical resistance, and/or abrasion and impact resistance over a wide variety of vertical and horizontal substrates. It can be used over primed steel, concrete, wood, fiberglass, geotextile fabric and foam substrates.

ELASTUFF 300 can be applied with a stipple finish for non-skid properties. In areas where color stability is of primary importance, it should be topcoated with an approved UV stable, aliphatic topcoat.

ELASTUFF 300 can be used wherever a tough, abrasion resistant finish is desired, including secondary containment, railcar lining, traffic deck protection, cooling towers, pipes & pilings, geotextile fabric, EPS or ISO foam stock, oil platforms, helicopter landing pads, hydro-bins, manhole & sewer rehabilitation and lining, sand/salt trucks, ore hoppers, truck beds, processing tanks and industrial floors.

ELASTUFF 210 was especially developed as a superior UV and color stable finish for protecting a variety of horizontal substrates. It is an ideal choice for sealing and protecting concrete floors in factories and warehouses, as well as pedestrian and vehicular traffic decks, hangars, stadiums, decks, balconies and lanais. ELASTUFF 210 is also an ideal choice for protecting aromatic basecoats from extended exterior exposure, or for use on its own for protecting primed steel, concrete, masonry and fiberglass substrates.
 

While ELASTUFF 210 is self-leveling when used on horizontal applications, it can be used on vertical surfaces as well; wherever a tough, ultraviolet resistant coating is desired. For non-skid properties, silica sand, aluminum oxide or other light aggregate can be broadcast into the wet membrane.

ELASTUFF 200 was especially developed as a superior UV stable topcoat for protecting a wide variety of vertical and horizontal substrates. It is an ideal choice for protecting aromatic basecoats from extended exterior exposure, or for use on its own over primed steel, concrete, masonry and fiberglass substrates.

ELASTUFF 200 can be used wherever a tough, ultraviolet resistant coating is desired, including secondary containment, water slides, pools and fountains, industrial floors, as well as pedestrian and vehicular traffic decks. It can also be used for protecting exterior structural steel such as bridges, buildings, tanks, equipment, etc. ELASTUFF 200 also provides a color stable surface for decorative items such as artificial landscapes, stage props, art objects, etc.

ELASTUFF 160 provides outstanding protection on surfaces subject to abrasion in either dry or aqueous solutions or environments. Due to the excellent hydrophobicity of ELASTUFF 160 it is extremely effective as a tank or pipe lining subject to fresh water, salt water and slurry solutions, as well as a wide range of fuels, oils and other hydrocarbons. Other applications include pipe and sheet pile protection, waste/water treatment processing tanks, interior pipe, exterior buried pipe and tanks, below-grade metal, hoppers, chutes and dumpsters.

ELASTUFF 160 can also be applied over concrete surfaces where a slick, dense finish is desired to aid in release or flow characteristics. It is equally effective in providing increased abrasion and impact resistance over EPS or polyurethane foam surfaces.

ELASTUFF 160 is a fast-cure, thermosetting polyurethane coating designed for application through 1:1 ratio plural component airless spray equipment. High vertical hold allows ELASTUFF 160 to uniformly cover weld seams, bolts, angles, edges and other irregular surfaces.

ELASTUFF 120 is used over a wide variety of vertical and horizontal primed concrete, steel, iron, wood, fiberglass and polyurethane foam surfaces. Typical applications include interior tank lining, waste/water containment, sewer manholes, flumes, reservoirs, cooling tower basins, valves, interior pipe and other areas subjected to aqueous chemical environments.

The vertical hold attained by ELASTUFF 120 gives it the ability to uniformly cover coarse or pitted concrete as well as weld seams, bolts, angles and edges, and other irregular surfaces. Film builds from 10 to 250 mils (254 to 6,350 microns) and beyond can be achieved in one coat using multiple pass spray technique. For surfaces exhibiting rough texture or minor spalling, as well as surfaces exposed to seismic activity, settling or other movement, ELASTUFF 120 is available in an expanded version. ELASTUFF 120X3 rises and cures to a thickness approximately 3 times its liquid applied thickness. For applications requiring additional hardness, ELASTUFF 120 is available in a high durometer version, ELASTUFF 125, which has a hardness of 60 to 65 Shore D at 75°F (24°C).

ELASTUFF 110 is used for coating interior and exterior pipe, interior tank lining, valves, and all areas subject to solvents, oils and other hydrocarbons. It is an outstanding barrier to aromatic as well as aliphatic solvents.

The vertical hold attained by ELASTUFF 110 gives it the ability to uniformly cover weld seams, bolts, angles and edges.

ELASTUFF 110 can be applied at temperatures from 40°F to 150°F (4°C to 66°C).

In-service temperature limits of ELASTUFF 110 for dry heat exposure range from 210°F (99°C) to a minimum of -60°F (-51°C). For wet exposure limits contact UNITED'S Technical Service Department for recommendations on specific liquids.

The ELASTUFF 101/102 System is designed for protecting a wide range of substrates from the effects of weathering and moisture intrusion. It is particularly effective as a protective membrane over new or existing roof substrates, including concrete, metal and asphaltic substrates. It provides a barrier to the effects of degradation caused by normal weathering, aging and ultraviolet exposure. ELASTUFF 101/102 is also effective when used on other horizontal or vertical applications requiring a tough, abrasion and chemical resistant membrane, such as secondary containment.

They are designed for application through standard airless spray equipment, as well as brush, roller, squeegee or notched trowel.
