This ICBO approved system is composed of EPS insulation board attached to an approved substrate with UNI-TEX INSULBOND adhesive and/or mechanical fasteners. A polymer reinforced Portland Cement base coat – WALL-BOND – is applied to the insulation board and a crack/impact barrier fabric – FIELD FABRIC – is immediately embedded into the wet base coat. After proper curing of the base coat embedded with mesh (12 to 24 hours depending on weather conditions) a precolored and textured 100% acrylic finish coat – UNITEX FINISH – is applied over the base coat.
