ROOF MATE is a water-based, high solids elastomeric coating utilizing the latest advances in acrylic technology. Premium quality acrylic resins are combined with reinforcing laminar pigments, an effective biocide package and non-migrating fire retardants, resulting in superior durability, weatherproofing, ultraviolet resistance, algae/mildew resistance and fire retardancy. ROOF MATE is a highly reflective, permanently flexible “breathing” membrane, allowing moisture vapor from the substrate or building interior to escape while remaining impervious to mass water penetration from the exterior. ROOF MATE is also available in a high-tensile strength version for roof areas subject to heavy maintenance traffic, severe weather conditions, chemical fallout, etc., as well as a quick set version for use on applications where a more rapid resistance to moisture is necessary.

ELASTUFF 101/102 is a high solids, moisture-catalyzed, single-component polyurethane coating system. The system consists of ELASTUFF 101, an aromatic polyurethane basecoat, and ELASTUFF 102, a UV-resistant, color stable aliphatic polyurethane topcoat. ELASTUFF 103, a low VOC aliphatic topcoat is also available to meet VOC regulations in specific areas. This combination provides an excellent balance of tensile strength, elongation and hardness, resulting in superior durability, dirt and mildew resistance, chemical resistance and weatherproofing. High abrasion and impact resistance also offer protection from maintenance traffic and severe weather conditions.

The fire retardant chemicals are permanently locked into the cured coating and will not leach out upon extended weathering. ELASTUFF 101/102 is a “breathing” coating, allowing moisture vapor to pass through the film while remaining impervious to mass water penetration from the exterior.

ELASTUFF 120 is a two-component, 100% solids polyurethane elastomer coating containing no moca or fillers, such as clay or mica. It is designed for protecting surfaces subject to abrasion in aqueous solutions or environments, including water, salt water, various slurry systems, and numerous acid and base solutions. It is equally effective under dry abrasive and/or corrosive environments.

ELASTUFF 120 is a highly crosslinked polymer coating, yielding a dense, tight finish. Its non-porous surface and excellent hydrolytic stability make ELASTUFF 120 an excellent barrier to corrosion. The high tensile strength of ELASTUFF 120 contributes to its resistance to abrasion and tearing. This toughness, combined with its elongation properties, also results in outstanding flexibility and impact resistance. ELASTUFF 120 is a solventless system enabling fast, high-build coats without solvent entrapment. It is available in Spray Grade or Roller Grade versions, which, along with ELASTUFF 120 Mastic and ELASTUFF 120HE, are classified by UL in accordance with ANSI/NSF61, Section 5, Barrier Materials.
